Where to begin when describing trend-setting, barrier-breaking, drag queen extraordinaire Pabllo Vittar? If the name isn’t familiar, buckle up, because there’s so much to learn about this iconic beauty and talent.

From her tens of millions of Instagram followers, to her billions of streams, Pabllo is big business. Hailing from Brazil, her string of hits has included collaborations with some of the biggest names in the business, including Major Lazer, Sofi Tukker and Charli XCX. Her single Sua Cara was also nominated for a Latin-Grammy, making Pabllo the first drag queen to be nominated for the accolade. It’s seriously impressive, especially when you consider that Pabllo is only 25 years old.  

You might have been lucky enough to catch one of Pabllo’s stellar live performances, as she has toured the world in recent years. Dropping in to entertain the masses at LA Pride 2019, Pabllo shared the stage with a star-studded line-up that included Meghan Trainor and Shangela – Halleloo.

Crossing to the East Coast, you might have witnessed Pabllo celebrating alongside Grace Jones at WorldPride 2019 in New York, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. As one of the opening acts on Saturday night, Pabllo survived the wild weather, and whipped the crowd into a frenzy with her performance.

Her song Amor de Que was named as the official track of Carnival season, where millions of fans got to see Pabllo showcase her abilities, singing and dancing to the delight of the crowd. Pabllo’s next stop, when taking the world by storm, was in Australia, where Pabllo recently made her Sydney Mardi Gras debut, to the delight of revelers.

Hot on the heels of such success, Pabllo Vittar isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. Her forthcoming album is titled III, in recognition of Pabllo’s trilingual vocal stylings. Her recent photo shoots to promote the album are worth checking out, with head-to-toe eleganza that could slay any runway. Pabllo’s unique artistic style and activist views have seen her grace the pages of Vogue, GQ and Paper Magazine, as well as countless other publications. It’s what makes Pabllo a ‘Next Generation Leader,’ according to TIME Magazine. With such mass appeal, the world truly hasn’t ever seen an artist of Pabllo Vittar’s caliber.

On her latest track Tímida, Pabllo has teamed up with Mexican beauty Thalia to deliver a bona fide, future dancefloor favorite. The film clip is slick and sexy, as is the beat. Indeed, these two Latin divas celebrate their sexuality, showcasing some daring, jaw-dropping fashion while singing seductively, and it’s so enticing. The tune will soon be stuck in your head and will have you shaking your hips.  

Both singers aim to show the strength and confidence of their beauty, inspiring their fans to be empowered. It’s the secret to Pabllo’s success – pushing boundaries and bringing everyone along for the ride. When combined, the result is over 2 billion streams and views of her hits! Now that’s girl power.
