Werq the World Tour, the official RuPaul’s Drag Race world tour, is sashaying home to a theater near you, henny!
With more than 40 shows under their skirts across two continents, the world’s largest drag spectacular is preparing to hit theaters from New York to Vancouver and everywhere in between. The Drag Race stars will light up stages in 30 cities including Houston, Boston, Dallas, Victoria, Toronto, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, and more.
With an all new show for 2018, the girls are back with celebrity host Michelle Visage at the reigns. The tour’s cast will be joined by new RuPaul’s Drag Race stars including season 10 winner Aquaria. According to everyone’s favorite Drag Race Miss Congeniality, Shangela, Werq the World Tour is the most outrageous and talented collection of queens that have ever toured together.
Produced by Voss Events, Werq the World tour is going to be a sickening production that is “a collaborative effort between some of the biggest personalities to come through RuPaul’s Drag Race,” according to Michelle Visage. Brandon Voss, owner and producer of Voss Events says that Werq the World Tour has “over the top production numbers that will leave fans gagging.”
